Partner with Experience ERA

Put your name behind stories worth traveling for.

Experience ERA travels with musicians, dancers, visual artists, chefs and a documentary crew — and tells the story of each destination through the eyes of the creative. Hotels, brands, funders and distributors partner with us to reach travelers and audiences who care about culture.

Why partner with us

Culture is the story. Your brand becomes part of it.

01

A creative crew, not a single creator

Musicians, dancers, visual artists, chefs and a film crew travel together — every partnership draws on a whole team of storytellers.

02

Access you can't buy

Through our partner organizations and local artists, we film the people, music and food that give a destination its identity.

03

Content that keeps working

Your feature lives inside an ongoing documentary series and on ERA's channels — not a single post that disappears in a day.

04

Community at the center

Local artists and culture bearers are featured and credited, so your partnership supports the communities travelers come to experience.

Questions partners ask

Good to know

How much does a partnership cost?

Every partnership is custom. After a short conversation about your goals, we'll send a proposal and a quote tailored to what you need.

Who owns the content, and how can we use it?

Unless your proposal says otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the content we deliver on your own channels — website, social media, email, booking listings and in-house screens — with no time limit. Paid advertising, exclusive use and full buyouts can be added to any quote. ERA keeps ownership of the footage and may feature it in the series and our portfolio.

How are sponsors and funders recognized?

Recognition is part of every proposal — from on-screen credits and logo placement to features on our site and social channels.

How do local communities benefit?

Our expeditions are built on exchange. ERA's artists collaborate with local musicians, dancers, visual artists and chefs, and the work we create together is credited to and shared with every collaborator involved.

Do you only work in Trinidad & Tobago?

Trinidad & Tobago is our current focus, with Ghana, Cameroon, Jamaica and Panama in development. A partnership can cover one destination or several.

When should we reach out?

As early as you can. Partner spots for Carnival Season (January 18 – February 9, 2027) and Point Fortin Boro Day (late April into May 2027) are limited.
